WHY WOULD I WANT NUTRITION COUNSELING?

WHAT IS A NUTRITION COUNSELING SESSION LIKE?
A nutrition counseling session is all about you – I do a lot of listening. I want to learn about your health concerns and challenges. Together, we will determine what your main priorities are and suggestions will be made for nutritional supplements and possible dietary changes. I may make a second appointment so I can research your concerns before making suggestions. There is no fee for this service. Note – I am not a physician. I do not diagnose problems and this is not intended to replace visits to your natural physician. I have access to a board certified Nutritionist for any questions I can’t answer, and can set up 3 way calls with her as well.
SUPPLEMENTS
I work with 4 different companies and have thoroughly researched them, with myself as the guinea pig in using the products. I have chosen the best products from each company for myself and to recommend. It’s nice to have more than one source as well, because different people respond differently and it’s nice to have options. The 4 companies I use are Amare, Youngliving, Shaklee and Isagenix. All of these companies have whole food products – no chemicals, artificial flavors, colorings etc. Amare means “To Love” and is a Mental Wellness company. Their foundation product feeds both the gut brain and cerebral brain, and the neurotransmitters between the two. They also have excellent products for Mood, Sleep and pain Relief. Youngliving is the leading Essential Oils company and also has good supplements. I use Essential Oils daily and with my clients as well. Isagenix has an excellent program for weight loss as well as wonderful sports fitness products. Shaklee has wonderful standard vitamins like B complex, as well as a great skin care line and awesome cleaning and laundry products.
